Annual and short period audit
At P&A Grant Thornton, we provide annual and short period financial statement audit services that go beyond the normal expectations of our clients. Review engagement
A review involves limited investigation with a narrower scope than an audit, and is undertaken for the purpose of providing limited assurance that the management’s representations are in accordance with identified financial reporting standards. Elie is a Practice Leader of Business Process Solutions, the outsourcing arm of P&A Grant Thornton. He is concurrently the President of P&A Grant Thornton Solutions Inc., a wholly owned entity of P&A. Moreover, Elie sits as one of the Asia Pacific Practice Leaders providing leadership in the region relative to Business Process Solutions. He started his professional career in the Audit and Assurance Practice Area in 1995 gaining thirteen years of extensive experience servicing well-known local and multinational companies in various industries. He then moved to join the shared services industry and gained nine solid years of experience working for a global commercial bank and a global law firm where he headed the financial reporting, finance and accounting, procurement, and business process reengineering operations. After his stint in the shared services industry, he found his way back to P&A Grant Thornton as part of BPS Practice Area. He was then appointed as EVP and Managing Director and handled staff augmentation, finance and accounting services and concurrently headed the Critical Support Unit of the division. Elie participated in Grant Thornton’s Advanced Manager Program which was designed for directors and senior managers with partner potentials where participants were immersed in leadership and management skills.

Elie earned his bachelor's degree in accountancy from Colegio de San Juan de Letran. He also completed the CFO Strategic Leadership Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management which is designed for Finance Leaders to become transformative and innovative leaders of organizations. Elie was also a part of the Sigma Quest Management Program of Harvard Business Publishing, the Chief Finance Officer Leadership Program of the Asian Institute of Management, and the Advanced Manager Program of Grant Thornton International.
