Grace is a Principal and the Operations Head of the Business Process Solutions (BPS) Practice Area of P&A Grant Thornton. Alongside her operational leadership responsibilities, Grace also serves as Chair of the Firm’s Sustainability Advisory Board, her efforts focused on advancing sustainable practices throughout the organization and integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into the firm’s operations and culture. In addition, she also holds the position of Executive Vice President and Managing Director of P&A Grant Thornton Solutions Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Firm.
With more than 25 years of professional experience, Grace has established herself as a trusted leader in payroll and accounting services. In her role as Operations Head of the BPS Practice Area, she drives operational excellence, oversees service delivery, and upholds compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Equally important to her is building a strong and capable workforce through continuous talent development and employee engagement initiatives.
To further strengthen her leadership capabilities, Grace pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in General Management at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) through the Senior Executive Leadership Development Program as a Firm Scholar, encompassing certifications in General Management, Business Transformation, and Corporate Sustainability. Grace’s commitment to continuous professional growth is reflected in her completion of the Management Development Program at AIM, as well as her participation in Grant Thornton’s Emerging Leaders Program held in India and Vietnam. Complementing her academic achievements, Grace was part of the engagement team honoured with the Founders Award, the Firm’s most prestigious recognition for team excellence.
Grace holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the University of Santo Tomas.
