P&Ause brings smiles to the children of Elsie Gaches

P&A for a Cause (P&Ause), Punongbayan & Araullo’s employee organization for social responsibility under the P&A Foundation, brought smiles to the children of Elsie Gaches Village on December 5, 2014 as they held P&Amasko 2014: A P&A Christmas Project.
P&A volunteers joined together to bring an early Christmas gift to 100 participants of Elsie Gaches Village in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, wherein they prepared a simple Christmas Party for the kids. Prior to the activity, P&Ause put up three (3) donation boxes in P&A Makati office’s reception areas from November 26, 2014 to December 3, 2014. The donation boxes were filled with clothes, toys, and school supplies from P&A staff members. All collected donations were distributed to the children during the activity, together with toiletry supplies which was the main concern at Elsie Gaches. P&Ause also prepared a number of parlor games and the kids showed their gratitude with an entertaining dance number.
Elsie Gaches Village is a residential care facility managed by the government that provides care and rehabilitation services to abandoned and neglected children with special needs such as cerebral palsy, epilepsy, visual and hearing impairment, mental retardation, autism and other related conditions.
