The P&A Foundation extends its scholarship program to deserving students of partner institutions. The Foundation has proudly sponsored the education of young professionals from their university studies to their board exam review. They have chosen to jumpstart their career with P&A where they will be part of a growing professional services family.


Lilet Locquiao graduated cum laude from the University of the Cordilleras (UC) in 2012. After completing her studies, she was awarded with the P&A Foundation review school scholarship in June 2012. Lilet was a regional finalist of the Search for Accounting Wizards and the grand champion of the PICPA Pangasinan Chapter Accounting Quiz Bee. She also served as business manager of the Supreme Student Government, secretary of the UC Debate Union, and vice president for academic affairs of the Christian Brotherhood International UC Chapter. After passing the board exams in 2012, Lilet joined the Audit & Assurance Division.


Noel Mabala was awarded the P&A Foundation scholarship during his last year of study at the University of San Carlos, Cebu City. He graduated magna cum laude in 2012. During his college years, he was as an active member of organizations in his university and community. Noel served as treasurer for Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (JPIA) One in USC, auditor for the Parish Renewal Experience and secretary for the Ministry of Word in the Archdiocesan Shrine of Sta. Teresa de Avila in Poblacion, Talisay City. He passed the CPA licensure examination on October 2012. Noel is currently an Audit & Assurance junior at our Cebu branch office.


Arman Neptuno graduated cum laude from Bicol University in 2012. He was named a P&A Foundation scholar during senior year of college. He was a member of the JPIA local chapter in his university. Arman obtained his CPA license in 2012 and joined the Audit & Assurance Division.


Jannine Torralba hails from Bicol University. Aside from being a P&A Foundation scholar from 2011, she also served as president of the JPIA local chapter in her university. She graduated magna cum laude in 2012. She took the CPA licensure examination in October 2012, where she obtained the 7th highest rating. Jannine joined the Audit & Assurance Division in 2012.


Arianne Fernando graduated summa cum laude from the University of San Carlos in 2013. She was a P&A Foundation scholar during her senior year. During her college years, she served as president of the Regional Federation of JPIA and editor-in-chief of Benchmark, USC’s school paper. She obtained the 10th highest rating in the CPA licensure examination last May 2013. Arianne is currently a junior at the Audit & Assurance Division.
