BIR Online Registration and Update System (ORUS) now available in the BIR Website

This Tax Alert is issued to inform all concerned on the availability of the BIR Online Registration and Update System (ORUS) in the BIR Website (www.bir.gov.ph) under the eServices icon or through the link https://orus.bir.gov.ph
The BIR ORUS is a web-based tax system created as a convenient and alternative facility for the end-to-end process of taxpayers’ registration with the BIR. Its features will be available to taxpayers on the following schedule:
Taxpayers of covered RDOs must enroll or set up an account in the ORUS to use the said online registration facility. Taxpayers must provide a valid permanent official e-mail address to successfully enroll or create an account, pursuant to the guidelines prescribed under Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 122-2022.
