This Tax Alert is issued to inform all concerned on the amendment of Revenue Regulations (RR) No. 11-2020’s provision on further extension of deadlines of filing and payment of tax returns and other BIR submissions.
The extended due dates under RR No. 11-2020 shall no longer be further extended despite the various levels of community quarantine still implemented in Metro Manila and other parts of the country.
RR No. 12-2020 repealed Section 3 of RR 11-2020 which provides for a 15-day extension in case of another quarantine extension.
Hence the extended due dates under RR 11 shall remain in effect.
