The BIR has released the eBIR Form System Package which contains the latest income tax returns (ENCS Version June 2013) which are required to be used by taxpayers covering and starting taxable year ended December 31, 2013.
The eBIR Forms allow taxpayers to directly encode data, edit, save, delete, view, print and submit tax returns. The eBIR Forms are also capable of automatic computation and validation of information encoded by taxpayers.
The BIR Forms for use in the preparation, encoding and filing of the BIR Form Nos. 1700, 1702-RT, 1702-EX, 1702-MX are contained in the Offline eBIRForms Package which you can download in the link below:
