This Outsourcing Alert is issued to inform all concerned on the payment deadlines of PhilHealth Contributions.
Due to the pandemic, self-earning individuals, professional practitioners, and members of group enrolment schemes shall be allowed to pay for their premium contributions for the 1st semester (January – June 2020) until June 30, 2020.
For the Employed Sector, all unpaid contributions for the applicable months of February, March and April shall be acknowledged without interest until June 22, 2020. For employers implementing a skeletal workforce arrangement are reminded to ensure that employees with no earnings or income are properly reported using the RF-1 or eRF-1 generated through the EPRS. For employers who have temporarily stopped operations, they should immediately submit an electronic copy of a properly accomplished ER-3 to their respective Accounts Officer. Submission of ER-3 is also required for Employers who have resumed operations.
