ll foreigners in the country are reminded to report in person to the Bureau of Immigration for their annual report starting January 2, 2013 until the first week of March, 2013. As stipulated in the Alien Registration Act of 1950, foreigners staying in the Philippines are required to report to the agency within the first 60 days of every calendar year.
Current annual report fee is P 310. Foreigners who fail to make the annual report will be meted out administrative fines and may face deportation proceedings.
Foreigners should bring with them their ACR identity cards (I-Card) and certificates of residences when paying the annual fee of P 300 and P 10 legal research fee.
Old paper-based ACRs shall be dishonored and ACR I-Cards will be issued instead.
