The most recent typhoon in the Luzon Island was Typhoon Ulysses. The water dumped by the typhoon in most areas in Region 2 is said to be the worst case of flooding in Cagayan since 1975.
In response to this, P&A Foundation has partnered with SM Foundation and donated P100,000 last November 16, 2020 to help the Filipinos affected by the Typhoon. 250 Kalinga relief packs (which contained cup noodles, 1kg rice, canned sardines, canned tuna, and water) were distributed in Tuguegarao City in Cagayan Province and in Cauayan City in Isabela.
