Belle is the director and Payroll Unit Head at P&A Grant Thornton Solutions, Inc., with over 19 years of experience in payroll preparation services across various industries, including consumer products, manufacturing, technology, and banking.
She manages payroll service engagements, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. Belle addresses client satisfaction and escalation concerns alongside the partner. She also identifies and pursues new business opportunities, developing strategies to promote the Firm's payroll outsourcing services and managing prospective clients.
Additionally, Belle handles system implementation and maintains payroll systems to improve operational efficiency.
Belle holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Management and Transformation from the Asian Institute of Management. She is a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) through the National Institute of Accounting Technicians and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (CLSSGB) from Whitehall Consulting. She also earned credentials as a Certified Compensation and Benefits Professional (CCBP) and a Certified Practitioner in Human Resources (CPHR) from the Cambridge Academy of Professional and International HR Institute.
In addition, Belle completed the Emerging Leaders Program under Grant Thornton International Ltd in Hong Kong and the First Level Managers Program at John Clements Consultants Inc. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree from Our Lady of Fatima University.
