Belle is a director for the Business Process Solutions (BPS) Practice Area of P&A Grant Thornton. She also serves as the practice unit head for Payroll Services. Belle is responsible for the overall supervision of payroll service engagements, overseeing accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for clients across various industries, delivering reliable and efficient payroll solutions tailored to meet specific client needs.
Belle has over 19 years of experience at P&A Grant Thornton, specialising in payroll services for clients in industries such as consumer products, manufacturing, technology, and banking. She oversees payroll engagements, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant service delivery. Belle regularly provides HR and payroll updates to clients, backed by her expertise in regulatory compliance with agencies like BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and HDMF.
Belle earned her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the Our Lady of Fatima University. She holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Management from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM), where she was a Firm Scholar under the Senior Executive Leadership Development Program. The program includes postgraduate certifications in Business Transformation, and Corporate Sustainability and Management. She also finished the First Level Managers Program at John Clements Consultants Inc. As part of the Firm’s continuing education and learning initiatives, Belle participated in Grant Thornton’s Emerging Leaders Program held in Hongkong.
