Annual and short period audit
At P&A Grant Thornton, we provide annual and short period financial statement audit services that go beyond the normal expectations of our clients. Review engagement
A review involves limited investigation with a narrower scope than an audit, and is undertaken for the purpose of providing limited assurance that the management’s representations are in accordance with identified financial reporting standards. Our professionals recognize that in order to conduct a quality financial statement review, it is important to look beyond the accounting entries to the underlying activities and operations that give rise to them.

Lea is a principal at the Tax Advisory and Compliance practice area. Lea has been in the tax practice for more than 25 years. She worked in Grant Thornton (Vietnam) Ltd., where she was the tax director for two years until she joined P&A Grant Thornton in 2009.

Lea has extensive experience in providing tax advisory services on direct international taxation, conducting studies on appropriate investment vehicles, and recommending the most tax efficient corporate structures for investments and acquisitions.

She has also been involved in preparation of various opinions and analyses of tax issues, and dissemination of tax updates through the conduct of tax seminars and webinars.

Lea is currently pursuing her Doctor of the Science of Law (J.S.D.) at the San Beda Graduate School of Law. She is a graduate of the GT International Senior Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. She also holds a Master of Laws from the San Beda Graduate School of Law and an Executive MBA (ABT) from the Asian Institute of Management. Lea earned her Bachelor of Laws from San Beda College and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, major in Journalism, from the University of the Philippines Diliman.
