What is PhilHealth YAKAP?
PhilHealth YAKAP is a proactive healthcare program that provides members with regular check-ups, early disease detection, and access to essential medicines through PhilHealth-accredited YAKAP Clinics.
What services are covered?
Registered members can avail of the following free services:
- Primary care consultations
- Laboratory tests
- Medicines
- Cancer screening tests
Who can avail of PhilHealth YAKAP?
Every Filipino is eligible. Simply register at your chosen PhilHealth-accredited YAKAP Clinic. Dependents may also be enrolled and can choose a clinic that is most accessible to them.
How to register:
To enroll in PhilHealth YAKAP, you must have a PhilHealth Identification Number (PIN) and register through any of the following:
- eGovPH mobile app
- PhilHealth Member Portal
- Any PhilHealth office nationwide
- Directly at a YAKAP Clinic
- During registration, select your preferred YAKAP Clinic, which will serve as your primary healthcare provider under the program.
How to use the Program:
- Once registered, visit your chosen YAKAP Clinic for a check-up. The clinic will:
- Conduct a health assessment
- Recommend necessary laboratory tests or cancer screenings
- Prescribe essential medicines based on your condition
