Minimum Wage Rates for Private Sector in Region XIII (Caraga)
Upon effectivity of this Wage Order, minimum wage earners in the private sector within the region shall receive a ₱40.00 increase per day to be given in two (2) tranches, as follows:
First Tranche: ₱20.00 per day upon effectivity;
Second Tranche: Additional ₱20.00 per day starting on May 1, 2026
A)Covers the cities of Bayugan, Bislig, Butuan, Cabadbaran, Surigao, Tandag and the provinces of Dinagat Island, Agusan del Norte, Agusan del Sur, Surigao del Norte, and Surigao del Sur.
The adjustment in the monthly wage rate shall take effect on 03 January 2026, or 15 days after its publication on 18 December 2025.
