Minimum Wage Rates for Private Sector in Region X (Northern Mindanao)

Upon effectivity of this Wage Order, minimum wage earners in the private sector within the region shall receive a ₱39.00 increase per day to be given in two (2) tranches, as follows:

First tranche: ₱25.00 per day upon effectivity;

Second tranche: Additional ₱14.00 per day starting on May 1, 2026

Wage Category I:

• Covers the cities of Cagayan de Oro, Iligan, Malaybalay, Valencia, Gingoog, El Salvador and Ozamiz, and the municipalities of Tagoloan, Villanueva, Jasaan, Opol, Maramag, Quezon, Manolo Fortich, and Lugait.

Wage Category II:

• All other areas not mentioned under Wage Category I.
• All retail and service establishments employing not more than ten (10) workers.

The adjustment in the monthly wage rate shall take effect on 16 January 2026, or 15 days after its publication on 31 December 2025.
