Upon effectivity of this Wage Order, minimum wage earners in the private sector in the Region shall receive aP50.00- P80.00 basic wage increase per day;
The daily minimum wage rates will be implemented in two tranches:
First tranche – October 30, 2025
Second tranche – April 16, 2026
A. For the minimum wage earners in the provinces of Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac, and Zambales:
1. Non-Agricultural Sector – P20.00 (1st tranche) and P30.00 (2nd tranche);
2. Agricultural Sector – P20. 00 (1st tranche) and P30.00 (2nd tranche);
3. Retail and Services Sector – P20.00 (1st tranche) and P30.00 (2nd tranche);
B. For the minimum wage earners in the province of Aurora:
1. Non-Agricultural Sector – P30.00 (1st tranche) and P30.00 (2nd tranche);
2. Agricultural Sector – P30. 00 (1st tranche) and P30.00 (2nd tranche);
3. Retail and Services Sector – P40.00 (1st tranche) and P40.00 (2nd tranche);
The new daily minimum wage rates in Region-III shall be as follows:
For the provinces of Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac, and Zambales, the first tranche will set the minimum wage at ₱570.00 for the non-agriculture sector, ₱540.00 for the agriculture sector, and ₱560.00 for the retail and service sector.
These will further adjust to ₱600.00 for the non-agriculture sector, ₱570.00 for the agriculture sector, and ₱590.00 for the retail and service sector once the second tranche takes effect.
In Aurora, the first tranche will raise the daily minimum wage to ₱530.00 for the non-agriculture sector, ₱515.00 for the agriculture sector, and ₱475.00 for the retail and service sector.
These will go up to ₱560.00 for the non-agriculture sector, ₱545.00 for the agriculture sector, and ₱515.00 for the retail and service sector when the second tranche is implemented.
