Implementation of the Use of Pre-Validation System in the Receipt of PhilHealth Premium Contribution by PhilHealth Accredited Collecting Agents (ACAs)
The system for validating premium contributions collected by Accredited Collecting Agents (ACAs) through the Over-the-Counter scheme will be implemented by the following ACAs effective December 15, 2025:
Payment Validation of Premium Contributions Received by Accredited Collecting Agents (ACAs) Using the Over-the-Counter Collection Scheme, the following Accredited Collecting Agents are now ready to implement the system effective December 15, 2025:
*Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation, UCPB Savings Bank, Camalig Bank, Inc. and SM Mart, Inc. will commence operations of its pre- validation system in January 2026
Under this new window of collection, the members are advised to generate the Statement of Premium Account (SPA) from the PhilHealth Member Portal or PhilHealth SPA Generator to be presented to the Accredited Collecting Agent prior to payment.
A QR code will be provided to the Accredited Collecting Agents in the generation of SPA through the PhilHealth SPA Generator (Annex A).
