Summary
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has extended the filing deadlines for 2025 Annual Financial Statements (AFS) of corporations with fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, following the extension of the 2025 Annual Income Tax Return (AITR) and its required attachments filing deadline (until 15 May 2026) through the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) of Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 30-2026.

- Covered entities: All domestic and foreign corporations, excluding entities required to submit SEC Form 52-AR and SEC Form 17-A.
- Original deadline: May 29, 2026
- Extended deadline: June 15, 2026
SEC Form 52‑AR, with AFS as attachment
- Covered entities: Brokers and dealers
- Original deadline: April 30, 2026
- Extended deadline: May 15, 2026
Annual Reports (SEC Form 17‑A), with AFS as attachment
- Covered entities:
- Issuers with securities listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE)
- Issuers with securities registered but not listed on the PSE
- Public companies
- Other entities covered under Section17.2 of the Securities Regulation Code (SRC)
- Original deadline: April 15, 2026
- Extended deadline: May 15, 2026
All covered corporations are reminded to ensure that their Audited Financial Statements (AFS) submitted to the Commission are duly received by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), in accordance with existing rules and regulations.
