Course Description

This module aims to enhance the data storytelling and visualization skills of business and data analysts. This training session will also upskill professionals in using MS Excel as a data analytics tool that can be used to store, analyze, visualize, and present data as a source of valuable information.

Learning Objectives

  1. To teach participants various data analysis techniques. They will understand how these techniques help them gain insights from data and identify meaningful patterns.
  2. To equip participants with the principles of effective data storytelling, including how to structure a narrative, choose appropriate visualizations, and communicate insights clearly and persuasively.
  3. To provide hands-on exercises and case studies where participants can apply their Excel data analysis skills to real-world datasets and practice telling a coherent story with the data.
