Importers and customs brokers with valid and existing accreditation will have an extended period up to July 31, 2014 to file their application for accreditation.
Failure to file the proper application with the Bureau of Internal Revenue and the Bureau of Customs within the extended period shall result in the automatic cancellation of the existing accreditation effective August 1, 2014 or the date of expiration as indicated in the original BOC accreditation, whichever is earlier.
