Typhoon Ulysses, with its heavy rains and fierce winds, have caused massive flooding, submerging house, and power outage. Most of the residents in Rizal and Marikina were washed out and families had to seek temporary shelter after the typhoon.
Last November, 21, 2020, P&A Foundation together with its volunteers from P&A Makati have given assistance to Brgy. Rodriguez (Rizal) and Brgy Malanday (Marikina) by providing food, blanket, and other essentials to 200 families.
