Last January 9, 2017, P&Ause Cebu in partnership with the University of San Carlos - Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (USC-JPIA) had a community extension service in the year-long adopted community of JPIA in Camolinas Housing, Cordova. Called “JPIA Handog” the program organized seminars that aimed to instill the importance of health and hygiene and to orient the community on ways to improve their income.
The program was participated by six P&Ause volunteers and USC JPIA representatives. Different activities were organized and Financial literacy, mental health awareness, positive psychology seminars, and a medical mission were conducted throughout the day. In addition, mural painting and sports clinic were also conducted.
