The Cebu Federation-Junior Philippines Institute of Accountants (CF-JPIA) partnered with P&Ause and the University of Cebu - Lapu Lapu and Manduae JPIA Chapters for the “Bags to School Project and Financial Literacy Seminar” at Opao Elementary School located at Barangay Opao, Mandaue City. The program aimed to help the pupils break barrier to early childhood success and make the school a better place for both students and teachers by the simple act of giving school supplies, teaching the parents practical money skills and giving participants a memorable learning experience while sharing practical personal finance lessons.

One-hundred fifty pupils, one-hundred parents, ten JPIANs, representatives from the local government unit of Barangay Opao, and thirteen P&Ause volunteers participated in the activities on June 9, 2017.
