The P&A Foundation partnered with the University of the Philippines College of Business Administration (UP CBA) to renovate one room for the UP Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants in Diliman, Quezon City. The P&A UP JPIA room, located at the UP CBA building, was inaugurated on August 13, 2012. The Foundation also donated cabinets, tables, white boards, window blinds, sofas, and chairs to furnish the room.
The inauguration was attended by UP CBA Faculty Secretary Manuel Manuel, Building Coordinator Dr. Gloria Talavera, UP JPIA Vice-President for Education and Research Justin Eligio, and UP accountancy students. The P&A contingent was led by Chairperson & CEO Marivic Espano, Audit & Assurance Senior Managers Anton Ng and Renan Piamonte, People & Culture Leader Mhycke Gallego, Director Terry Cuico, and Manager Faye Antolin. Anton and Renan are UP alumni.
