Led by Atty. Kim Aranas, Director for Tax Advisory and Compliance at P&A Grant Thornton, the seminar will provide practical guidance on recent EOPT developments, e-invoicing readiness, year-end tax compliance, and key actions businesses should take as they prepare for 2027.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:  

  • Understand the latest EOPT developments and key BIR issuances issued in 2025-2026, including their implications on business tax compliance and reporting obligations.  
  • Assess organizational readiness for e-invoicing, electronic sales reporting, and other EOPT-related compliance requirements, particularly in light of the 31 December 2026 implementation milestones.  
  • Develop a practical action plan for year-end 2026 tax compliance and 2027 preparedness by identifying compliance gaps, addressing common issues, and strengthening tax processes and controls.
