Additional features and functionalities of Online Registration and Update System (ORUS) now available

This Tax Alert is issued to inform all concerned on the availability of additional features and functionalities in the Online Registration and Update System (ORUS).
The BIR ORUS is a web-based tax system created as a convenient and alternative facility for the end-to-end process of taxpayers’ registration with the BIR. The following additional features and functionalities was made available to taxpayers beginning April 28, 2023:
Taxpayers who already have an existing ORUS account may access and avail the online registration updates and other functionalities by logging-in to the system. Taxpayers who do not have an ORUS account and opt to use the said online registration-related facilities are required to enroll or create an account in ORUS following the guidelines prescribed under Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 122-2022.
