Summary
The Insurance Commission (IC) issued Circular Letter (CL) No. 2026-10 to grant all regulated entities additional time for the submission of reportorial requirements under its supervision. This measure was introduced in response to the State of National Energy Emergency declared under Executive Order No. 110, s. 2026, which has affected business operations due to disruptions in global energy supply.
The IC aims to support regulated entities in managing operational and compliance challenges by allowing additional time for report submissions without penalties. Submissions made within the revised deadlines will not incur penalties under CL No. 2014-15 (Fees and Charges).
