Extension of Temporary Use of 2020 Form for Filing of GIS on eFAST
Summary
On 14 April 2026, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) issued a notice extending the temporary use of the 2020 General Information Sheet (GIS) Form for filings made through the Electronic Filing and Submission Tool (eFAST). The extension allows covered corporations to continue using the 2020 GIS Form, while completing their access setup for eSECURE and the Hierarchical and Applicable Relations and Beneficial Ownership Registry (HARBOR).

All corporations including those that are still in the process of setting up their eSECURE accounts, which provides entry to HARBOR, may continue to submit their General Information Sheet through eFAST using the 2020 version of the GIS Form until 15 May 2026.
