The Firm has taken appropriate security measures to protect data subjects’ personal data against unauthorized access or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include internal reviews of the Firm’s data collection, storage, and processing practices, as well as physical security measures to protect data subjects’ information against unauthorized access. As part of the Firm’s efforts to ensure that the data subjects’ information is protected, the Firm restricts access to personal data to personnel who would need that information to perform their functions.
However, even as the Firm will take all reasonable and appropriate efforts to secure personal in its possession and control, it acknowledges that data storage and transmission over the internet or any wireless network cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Data subjects are thus expected to be aware of the risks associated with the usage of such platforms, and it is recommended and assumed that such data subjects will likewise take the necessary precautions to protect their personal data.
