Annual and short period audit
At P&A Grant Thornton, we provide annual and short period financial statement audit services that go beyond the normal expectations of our clients. We believe strongly that our best work comes from combining outstanding technical expertise, knowledge and ability with exceptional client-focused service.
Review engagement
A review involves limited investigation with a narrower scope than an audit, and is undertaken for the purpose of providing limited assurance that the management’s representations are in accordance with identified financial reporting standards. Our professionals recognize that in order to conduct a quality financial statement review, it is important to look beyond the accounting entries to the underlying activities and operations that give rise to them.

Yusoph is a partner in P&A Grant Thornton’s Audit & Assurance Practice Area. Prior to his admission to the partnership, he was one of the Firm's Technical Standard and Quality Control (TSQC) Managers in charge of accounting principles and regulations.

Yusoph has been in public accounting his entire professional career and gained extensive experience in the financial audit of various local and multinational companies in a wide range of industries. He also has significant experience in the performance of agreed-upon procedures, due diligence and securities offerings engagements, and mergers and acquisitions.

Yusoph has also been the manager in the financial audits of various development aid/grant programme funded by the European Union (EU), World Bank, and in the non-federal and recipient contracted audit of various USAID-financed programs.

Previously, he was also a manager in the Firm’s Risk Management Group where he assisted in the development and implementation of policies related to risk management, ethics and independence compliance.

Yusoph is a regular resource speaker on various external and in-house accounting and technical trainings.

Yusoph is the 2020 Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) Young Achiever in Public Practice awardee. In 2018, Yusoph was also honored with the Emerging Leader Award by Grant Thornton International, an award that recognizes up and coming individuals from the Grant Thornton network who has demonstrated that leadership can come from any part of the business. He was also one of the members of the engagement teams that won the 2020, 2018 and 2014 Founders’ Award, the highest form of recognition for team excellence at P&A Grant Thornton.

Yusoph earned his bachelor's degree in accountancy, magna cum laude, from Baliuag University, while earning his master's in business administration, with distinction, from the Asian Institute of Management. Yusoph was also part of the International Student Exchnage Program (MBA), in HEC Paris, France.
