Annual and short period audit
At P&A Grant Thornton, we provide annual and short period financial statement audit services that go beyond the normal expectations of our clients. We believe strongly that our best work comes from combining outstanding technical expertise, knowledge and ability with exceptional client-focused service.
Review engagement
A review involves limited investigation with a narrower scope than an audit, and is undertaken for the purpose of providing limited assurance that the management’s representations are in accordance with identified financial reporting standards. Our professionals recognize that in order to conduct a quality financial statement review, it is important to look beyond the accounting entries to the underlying activities and operations that give rise to them.

Wendell is the Tax Advisory & Compliance practice leader, responsible overall for the prompt and efficient delivery of quality service to tax clients and in training and developing the skills of high-performance staff.

Wendell has more than 30 years of professional experience in public practice. He specialises in tax compliance and advisory work. He also represents clients in tax assessment cases before the Bureau of Internal Revenue and Local Government Units.

Wendell is a regular resource speaker for various PCCI, CCCI, PICPA, FINEX, ACPAPP, ACPACI, Phil. Export Cebu, and P&A public seminars. He contributes newspaper articles to BusinessWorld, Manila Times, and Mindanao Times. He is also one of the mentors of the Department of Trade and Industry and Go Negosyo’s Kapatid Mentor Me Program.

Wendell earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Siliman University.
