Annual and short period audit
At P&A Grant Thornton, we provide annual and short period financial statement audit services that go beyond the normal expectations of our clients. Review engagement
A review involves limited investigation with a narrower scope than an audit, and is undertaken for the purpose of providing limited assurance that the management’s representations are in accordance with identified financial reporting standards. Our professionals recognize that in order to conduct a quality financial statement review, it is important to look beyond the accounting entries to the underlying activities and operations that give rise to them.

Julian Sebar (Seb) B. Serrano has been in public accounting since he started his professional career in 2013. He has gained solid experience in the audit of local and multinational companies in a wide range of industries with concentration on financial institutions. He has also been involved in financial due diligence audits and other financial and/or special engagements.

His sectoral experience includes banks, other financial institutions, service, manufacturing, real estate and construction, non-stock, non-profit organizations, business process outsourcing and other service industries.

Seb is a member of the P&A’s PFRS 9 Transition Group which is responsible for the overall audit methodology for financial instruments.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accountancy, Holy Angel University (magna cum laude honors and valedictorian).
