Mithi Juacel R. Sandalo

Mitz is a senior managing consultant under the Advisory Services practice area of P&A Grant Thornton, where she leads the Firm’s Human Capital Services and P&A Grant Thornton Academy, the Firm’s learning arm.

With over a decade of experience, Mitz has built a strong track record in designing and executing innovative programs across human resources management and governance, organisational development, and business process improvement for various industries. Her expertise spans strategic HR, people analytics, corporate strategy and decision support, talent management, operational excellence, digital transformation, knowledge management, and project management—enabling organisations to optimise resources and drive higher performance.

Beyond her consulting work, Mitz also contributes to regional talent development as a facilitator and mentor for the ASEAN Human Development Professional Certification Program of the ASEAN Human Development Organisation (AHDO). She is also an active thought leader, writing articles for P&A Grant Thornton’s “From Where We Sit”, a column published in The Manila Times.

Mitz earned her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Far Eastern University – Diliman and her Master of Industrial Relations, major in Human Resource Development, from the University of the Philippines – Diliman. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Business Administration at the University of San Jose Recoletos – Cebu.
