Annual and short period audit
At P&A Grant Thornton, we provide annual and short period financial statement audit services that go beyond the normal expectations of our clients. We believe strongly that our best work comes from combining outstanding technical expertise, knowledge and ability with exceptional client-focused service.
Review engagement
A review involves limited investigation with a narrower scope than an audit, and is undertaken for the purpose of providing limited assurance that the management’s representations are in accordance with identified financial reporting standards. Our professionals recognize that in order to conduct a quality financial statement review, it is important to look beyond the accounting entries to the underlying activities and operations that give rise to them.

Grace is a principal at P&A Grant Thornton’s Business Process Solutions (BPS) practice area and concurrently serves as the executive vice president and managing director of P&A Grant Thornton Solutions, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the firm.

As head of BPS Operations, she oversees the effective and efficient delivery of client services, ensuring risk management, regulatory compliance, and adherence to firm policies. She is also committed to fostering a high-performance culture by developing and retaining top talent within the organisation. In addition to her operational leadership, Grace is the chairman of the Firm’s Sustainability Advisory Board. Reporting directly to the chief sustainability officer, she leads the implementation of the Firm’s internal sustainability strategy, ensuring alignment with ESG goals and promoting sustainable practices across the organisation.

A homegrown leader at P&A Grant Thornton, Grace brings 25 years of solid experience in providing payroll and accounting services to local and multinational companies across diverse industries. Grace is also an associate certified coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), leveraging her coaching expertise to mentor emerging leaders, support professional growth, and drive a culture of continuous learning within the Firm. Her expertise in the outsourcing business is further reinforced by postgraduate certifications in General Management and Business Transformation and completion of the Management Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management. She was also a participant in Grant Thornton’s Emerging Leaders Program held in India and Vietnam.

Grace holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the University of Santo Tomas.
