Marc is a director for the Business Process Solutions (BPS) practice area of P&A Grant Thornton. He also serves as the practice unit head for Accounting Services. Marc is responsible for the overall supervision of accounting service engagements and ensures the effective and efficient delivery of services to clients.
Joining P&A Grant Thornton in 2004, Marc has over twenty years of experience in finance and accounting outsourcing. Prior to joining the Firm, Marc began his career as internal auditor for a wine distributor company, where he built a solid foundation in financial operation and business processes. Throughout his career, Marc has led and managed a wide range of outsourced accounting engagements for companies across various industries, including retail consumer products, oil and gas, information and communications technology, and services.
Marc earned his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at the Divine Word College of Legaspi. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM), where he was a Firm Scholar under the Senior Executive Leadership Development Program. This program includes postgraduate certifications in General Management, Business Transformation, and Corporate Sustainability.
Marc further enhanced his leadership capabilities by completing the CFO Strategic Leadership Development Program at AIM, designed to equip finance leaders with the skills to become transformative and innovative organisational leaders. Additionally, as part of the Firm’s continuing education and learning initiatives, he also participated in Grant Thornton’s Emerging Leaders Program held in Thailand, which focuses on developing high-potential professionals for global leadership roles.
