Leonard is a director and chief information officer in the Technology Solutions Group of P&A Grant Thornton. He is primarily responsible for being the technology subject matter expert, while leading client engagements and managing people within.
Leonard is a technology, Artificial Intelligence (AI), software development, and information technology (IT) security advisor with over 20 years of IT industry experience. He helps the Firm grow its business by ensuring that IT projects create value through increased revenue, increased efficiency, and increased compliance.
As Chief Information Officer (CIO), Leonard is responsible for aligning innovative and AI driven IT projects and objectives to business objectives; formulating, planning, and executing an IT roadmap; managing the Firm's Technology Solutions Group; and processing, implementing, and reviewing IT initiatives. Concurrently, Leonard is also an IT cyber security consultant for the Advisory Services practice area.
Leonard earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Major in Computer Applications, at De La Salle College of Saint Benilde. He also earned a post-graduate certificate for the CIO Leadership Development, Business Management and Transformation, General Management, and Partner’s Leadership Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management.
