Annual and short period audit
At P&A Grant Thornton, we provide annual and short period financial statement audit services that go beyond the normal expectations of our clients. Review engagement
A review involves limited investigation with a narrower scope than an audit, and is undertaken for the purpose of providing limited assurance that the management’s representations are in accordance with identified financial reporting standards. Our professionals recognize that in order to conduct a quality financial statement review, it is important to look beyond the accounting entries to the underlying activities and operations that give rise to them.

James is a partner in P&A Grant Thornton’s Audit & Assurance Division. He has been in public accounting since he started his professional career in 2004. He has gained solid experience in the audit of local and multinational companies where he covered various industries including real estate, construction, manufacturing, service, retail and distribution, non-profit organizations, and business process outsourcing. He also has significant experience in the performance of IPO, agreed-upon procedures, securities offering and due diligence engagements.

James is also the recipient of the 2011 Founder’s Award, P&A Grant Thornton’s highest honor recognizing team excellence. He also completed his bachelor’s degree in accountancy from San Beda University and took part in the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) Leadership Development Program.

From Where We Sit For a healthy and succesful you

A few months ago, I finally had my executive checkup after years of putting it off for fear of what the results might be. If you knew about my unhealthy eating habits and lack of physical activity, you would be cautious as well. In retrospect, it was a silly reason, and so I decided to just go ahead and get it over with.
