Vin Oledan is a Managing Consultant with the P&A Grant Thornton’s Advisory Services Division.
Vin is primarily responsible for managing the overall conduct of the engagement, meeting overall contractual obligations, and maintaining quality assurance.
Vin has ten years of combined experience as an Internal Auditor and Tax Compliance Reviewer before joining P&A as a Managing Consultant in July 2019. Prior to P&A, Vin had experience in business risk services such as internal audit, business process review, and compliance reviews. He has also handled tax compliance review including fiscal incentives compliance review. Vin has extensive experience in providing services to companies belonging to various industries including agriculture, hospitality, poultry, management and investment, manufacturing, real estate, retail, trucking and wharf. In P&A, Vin performed internal audit, Sarbanes- Oxley testing, compliance review, Information Technology (IT) general and application controls review, and external quality assessment review-self assessment with independent validation to clients from different industries including manufacturing and banking.
