Thia is a Senior Manager for the Knowledge Management Group of P&A Grant Thornton. She is responsible for the development and implementation of knowledge management and learning strategies, including the design and delivery of training programs, oversight of knowledge repositories, and the promotion of effective knowledge transfer across the organisation.
Thia built a strong background in learning and development through progressive roles in training, facilitation, team leadership, and learning experience design. Over the years, Thia gained significant experience as a training facilitator, delivering learning programs and supporting employee capability-building across different organisations. For almost six years now, Thia has been with P&A Grant Thornton, where she initially served as a Learning and Development Manager before moving into a senior management role in the Knowledge Management Group.

Thia obtained her postgraduate certificate in Corporate Sustainability and Management, and a postgraduate diploma in Business Management and Transformation at the Asian Institute of Management. Additionally, she has also obtained a Human Capital Workplace Learning & Development Certificate in Strategic Training Management from the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.
Thia earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Economics, from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.
