Farrah is a Partner of the Tax Advisory & Compliance Division. Both a certified public accountant and a lawyer, Farrah was able to achieve the impressive feat of passing both the Philippine Bar Exam and the Certified Public Accountant Licensure (CPA) exam. Prior to working at P&A, she worked as an Auditor in a professional services firm. Farrah has extensive knowledge in assisting clients before the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) in cases involving tax assessments, tax refunds, compromise cases, approval of computerized accounting systems, and issuance of tax clearance. She also renders tax opinion and advice and assists clients in applications for BIR rulings and tax treaty relief, consolidation, merger and acquisition, corporate restructuring, corporate registration, and de-registration of branch, subsidiaries, and ROHQ and multinational companies with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the BIR, and other regulatory agencies. Farrah’s expertise is in various sectors, such as insurance, power and energy, BPO, medical, airline, hotel, manufacturing, and services.
Farrah completed her Juris Doctor Degree & Master in Business Administration (MBA-JD) at the La-Salle Graduate School of Business and Far Eastern University, Institute of Law respectively. She also earned her Bachelor of Science in Commerce, major in Accountancy at University of Santo Tomas.
