Annual and short period audit
We perform audit engagements in accordance with the Philippine Standards on Auditing (PSA), as required by required by national legislation or other regulations of agencies such as the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Insurance Commission (IC), Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), etc.
Review engagement
We provide a limited or moderate level of assurance that financial statements are free from material misstatements, in accordance with the Philippine Standard on Review Engagements (PSRE).
Financial statements compilation
We help in the preparation of financial statements of clients in accordance with Philippine Standard on Related Services (PSRS) 4410.
Security offerings services
We provide assurance services for our clients’ debt and equity security offerings. These include audits or reviews of financial statements, examination of prospectuses, and issuance of comfort letters as required.

Renan brings over two decades of experience in public accounting, with a strong track record in leading financial audits for both local and multinational companies across diverse industries, including gaming, utilities, petroleum, business process outsourcing, hotels and entertainment, real estate and manufacturing. His expertise also includes buyer and investor due diligence, acquisition audits, and IFRS training for finance professionals.

As the Firm’s Ethics and Independence leader, Renan plays a key role in upholding professional standards and guiding complex engagements with integrity and strategic clarity.

Renan is an alumnus of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where he completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP), a rigorous executive program for senior leaders navigating strategic transformation.

He holds an MBA, with a Major in Finance, from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM), and completed his final semester at HEC Paris under AIM’s International Student Exchange Program. Renan earned his degree in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of the Philippines and is a Certified Public Accountant. He also completed Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program.
