Annual and short period audit
At P&A Grant Thornton, we provide annual and short period financial statement audit services that go beyond the normal expectations of our clients. We believe strongly that our best work comes from combining outstanding technical expertise, knowledge and ability with exceptional client-focused service.
Review engagement
A review involves limited investigation with a narrower scope than an audit, and is undertaken for the purpose of providing limited assurance that the management’s representations are in accordance with identified financial reporting standards. Our professionals recognize that in order to conduct a quality financial statement review, it is important to look beyond the accounting entries to the underlying activities and operations that give rise to them.

Mhycke is partner and Advisory Services practice leader, and the Knowledge Management Head of P&A Grant Thornton. Mhycke provides advise and insight on governance and strategy; risk, resilience and sustainability; internal audit, controls and compliance; learning and people development; and transaction advisory in the Philippines and the Asia Pacific region.

Mhycke has around 30 years’ experience in assurance and advisory, both in public practice and the private sector, where he covered various industries, including construction and real estate, industrial and consumer products, education, financial services, technology, and energy and power.

In the private sector, he held regional roles in internal audit, internal control, Sarbanes-Oxley and post-merger integration with a global building materials company and was expatriated to their UK, Spain and Philippine offices.

Mhycke carries an EMCC Global Individual Accreditation (EIA) as a coach/mentor practitioner from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

He completed his Senior Leadership Program from the Harvard Business School, International Management Program jointly from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, INSEAD, and EGADE Tec de Monterey, Professional Directors Program from the Institute of Corporate Directors, Management Development Program and a Postgraduate Certificate in Corporate Sustainability and Management from the Asian Institute of Management.

Mhycke earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Accounting, from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.
