Annual and short period audit
At P&A Grant Thornton, we provide annual and short period financial statement audit services that go beyond the normal expectations of our clients. Review engagement
A review involves limited investigation with a narrower scope than an audit, and is undertaken for the purpose of providing limited assurance that the management’s representations are in accordance with identified financial reporting standards. Our professionals recognize that in order to conduct a quality financial statement review, it is important to look beyond the accounting entries to the underlying activities and operations that give rise to them.

Marie Fe is a Partner in the Tax Advisory & Compliance practice area.

Before joining the Partnership, Marie Fe delivered vast insights in providing tax compliance reviews, due diligence, tax outsourcing services, global mobility services, and transfer pricing studies for a significant number of local and multinational companies. She also assists clients in handling their tax assessments and other compliance requirements with the Bureau of Internal Revenue and other regulatory agencies. Marie Fe’s expertise is in various sectors, such as services, banking, trading, mining, and real estate.

Marie Fe is among the leaders of the Transfer Pricing Core Team of the Firm, a contributing writer for BusinessWorld, and a distinguished resource speaker for a notable number of in-house and public seminars.

She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Saint Louis University. She also earned Postgraduate Certificate in General Management, Postgraduate Certificate in Business Management and Transformation, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM).
