Annual and short period audit
At P&A Grant Thornton, we provide annual and short period financial statement audit services that go beyond the normal expectations of our clients. Review engagement
A review involves limited investigation with a narrower scope than an audit, and is undertaken for the purpose of providing limited assurance that the management’s representations are in accordance with identified financial reporting standards. Our professionals recognize that in order to conduct a quality financial statement review, it is important to look beyond the accounting entries to the underlying activities and operations that give rise to them.

Je is a partner in the Audit & Practice Area of P&A Grant Thornton. He is also part of the Firm’s Technical Standards and Quality Control Group, in-charge of accounting principles and regulations.

Je joined the Firm at the start of his professional career in 2007. He has extensive experience in the financial audit of local and multinational companies in various industries. He has also been involved in reviews and special audits using agreed-upon procedures. Je also conducts seminars on P&A Grant Thornton’s audit methodology and on International Financial Reporting Standards.

As part of the Firm's global secondment program, Je spent nearly two years in the United States, where he worked for the San Francisco office of Grant Thornton LLP (USA). While in the US, he handled the financial audit of various companies engaged in financial services, including public and private investment companies, technology, and retail companies. He also obtained experience in Sarbanes-Oxley engagements.

Je earned his Bachelor of Accountancy degree, magna cum laude, and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Financial and Management Accounting, magna cum laude, both in Holy Angel University. He also accomplished his master's in business administration degree in the Asian Institute of Management.

P&A Grant Thornton, one of the leading audit, tax, advisory and outsourcing firms in the Philippines, has named two new additions to its partnership effective July 1: Endel Mata and Jerald Sanchez. Both gentlemen will be partners at the Audit and Assurance Practice of the firm.
