P&A Foundation, Inc., through P&A for a Cause (P&Ause), unlocks potential for growth in local communities
P&Ause is P&A Grant Thornton's employee organization for social responsibility, a unit under the P&A Foundation, Inc. It was formally launched by the Foundation upon its registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission in June 2003, to facilitate outreach projects and activities. P&Ause is managed by volunteer employees of the Firm, under the guidance of the Foundation's Board of Trustees and the firm management.
