Bacolod City shortlisted for ‘PH 10 model cities’

BACOLOD City has been shortlisted for the “Top 10 Model Cities of the Philippines,” a search for the most livable urban centers across the country, spearheaded by The Manila Times.

Bacolod City Mayor Evelio Leonardia has been invited by The Manila Times to attend the awarding ceremonies on May 11 at the New World Manila Bay Hotel.

Dante Francis Ang II, executive editor, president and chief executive officer of The Manila Times, informed Leonardia that out of 36 select cities, they have drawn out a shortlist of 12 cities, which would then vie for the top spots and other awards.
