Updates on Government Mandated Benefits
This Outsourcing Alert is issued to inform all concerned on updates on government mandated benefits from SSS and Pag-Ibig.
SSS ADVISORY
Since April 18, 2020, SSS website has been on downtime due to the overwhelming response to the Small Business Wage Subsidy (SWBS) program which surpassed the capacity of the system.
With this, SSS will be sending out emails in the mean time for alternative application arrangements to SWBS-eligible employers whose email addresses are on file and are deemed to be complaint with BIR and SSS regulations.

PAG-IBIG ADVISORY
A grace period will be provided for ALL Pag-IBIG members with loan payments due within the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) period and its extension in accordance with the “Bayanihan to Heal as One” Act. There is also no need to apply.
This is intended for ALL MEMBERS residing or working in areas declared under ECQ (including declarations by LGUs).
PAG-IBIG FUND BRANCHES
Pag-IBIG Fund branches NATIONWIDE shall remain CLOSED this month of April until further notice. Due to ECQ, Pag-IBIG is currently processing only applications of members with cash cards or Loyalty Card Plus. If you do not have one, you may refile your loan application and secure cash card or Loyalty Card Plus at the nearest branch once it re-opens.
