Atty. Yben R. Rogero is a CPA-Lawyer and is currently a Manager of the Tax Advisory and Compliance Division of P&A Grant Thornton.
Atty. Yben has been in the professional practice as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 2021. She has a prior experience in audit and assurance services but is currently specializing in tax and corporate services.
She has experience providing and preparing advisory to clients based on Philippine tax and corporate laws, existing tax rulings, and revenue regulations. She has also been assisting clients with their tax compliance, due diligence, audit and investigations, assessments, transfer pricing study, and transfer pricing documentations.
She has also rendered services to number of companies of various industries regarding registration and compliance with different regulatory bodies and authorities of the Government of the Philippines, including but not limited to, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and Local Government Units (LGUs).
