P&A For a Cause (PAUSE) is the P&A employee organization for social responsibility, under the P&A Foundation. The organization was formally launched by the Foundation upon its registration with Securities and Exchange Commission in June 2003 to facilitate its outreach projects and activities. PAUSE is being managed and spearheaded by volunteer employees of the Firm, under the guidance of the Foundation board and the firm management.
